Bard Appoints James M. Howard II as Vice President, Regulatory Sciences
MURRAY HILL, N.J.--(HSMN NewsFeed)--C. R. Bard, Inc. (NYSE-BCR) today announced the appointment of James M. Howard II as Vice President, Regulatory Sciences, effective immediately.Prior to joining Bard, Howard served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Bio-Reg Associates, Inc., a firm that provides clinical and regulatory consulting services to the medical device industry. Prior to joining Bio-Reg, he spent 14 years at General Electric Medical Systems, most recently as Regulatory Program Manager. Howard began his career as a Staff Physicist for the United States Air Force.
Howard earned a B.S. in Physics from North Carolina State University and an M.S. in Nuclear Physics and Radiological Health from North Carolina State University and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
