Court Denies Hologic Request for Preliminary Injunction Against Sales of Contura
ALISO VIEJO, Calif., April 29, 2008 (Healthcare Sales & Marketing Network) -- SenoRx, Inc. (NasdaqGM:SENO ) today announced that a request for a preliminary injunction, filed by Hologic and its wholly-owned subsidiaries, Cytyc Corporation and Cytyc LP in their pending patent infringement suit against SenoRx, Inc., was denied by the United States District Court for the Northern District of California.
