Shimadzu Medical Systems USA Welcomes New Cardiovascular Business Director
TORRANCE, Calif., June 8, 2016 -- (Healthcare Sales & Marketing Network) -- Shimadzu Medical Systems USA, a subsidiary of Shimadzu Corporation, is pleased to announce the addition of Tim Stevener in the role of Cardiovascular Business Director.This NEW SMS position, representing a U.S. market investment, will lead the CV Team with the Trinias Product Platform into the CV Market in the U.S. The key, advanced applications of the Trinias Platform emphasize quality imaging, throughput and patient care.
In his role, Tim will provide leadership and strategic direction for the Shimadzu Medical Systems USA Cardiovascular Product Platform. The Trinias cardiovascular platform rounds out Shimadzu's comprehensive X-Ray product offering and "positions" Shimadzu as a leader in X-ray medical imaging.
Tim comes to us with extensive background in the imaging field. Most recently, Tim was the Interventional X-Ray Business Manager for Philips Healthcare where he managed a regional sales team, developed new strategic customers, established sustainable relations while also growing the customer base and market share. Prior to Philips, Tim was the Vice President of Radiology business with Infimed, Inc. in Syracuse, NY. Prior to Infimed, he began his career as a Radiologic Technologist (R.T.)
